Nor is the enforceability of any part of any passage of this agreement affected by the enforceability of any other part of any passage of this agreement. Nor shall failure to enforce this agreement be regarded as a waiver of this agreement. Certain applicable laws may not permit all of limitations of responsibility described in this agreement. You understand and agree that all Hollywood Wingmen material and information is provided for entertainment reasons only on the subject of women and dating as well as goods and services related to women and dating. All content, goods, and services are not to be considered as legal or professional advice and are to be applied for entertainment purposes only. This web site is not meant to be viewed, and our products and services are not meant to be purchased or used by underage persons or anyone under the age of 18.By entering this site or making a purchase, you are agreeing that you are more than 18.

5. You comprehend and agree that non-US orders for physical goods may be subject to import duties and taxes for any orders placed through Hollywood Wingmen. You are liable for any additional customs clearance fees and taxes. Refusal to pay these costs will result in the carrier abandoning the package and you will be accountable for the cost of the merchandise. Hollywood Wingmen will point out the contents of the package as DVD Software and affirm the full cost of the invoice on the shipping documents. Hollywood Wingmen has no control over these additional costs and cannot foretell what they may be. You should contact your country's customs office for additional info. This includes, but is not restricted to, your credit card company, Hollywood Wingmen's credit card processor, and the legal system (except as provided for in arbitration clause).

9. You comprehend and agree that all deposits and payments for "live programs" (including, but not limited to personal coaching sessions, seminars, workshops, and boot camps) are non-refundable. You comprehend and agree that this applies even if you cancel in advance, request to move to another program, or do not be present at the program in question. You comprehend and agree that the circumstances described in the previous statement are examples, and do not in any manner limit the applicability of the first sentence in this paragraph.

10. Hollywood Wingmen shall not be responsible in any way whatsoever (including, but not limited to, negligence) for any type of special or consequential damages that result from either your usage of this web site or your inability to use it or from your use of any site link from or to this web site. This restraint specifically includes, but is not limited to, any and all circumstance in which Hollywood Wingmen Date Coaching has been advised or notified of a potential liability.

You comprehend and agree that all content and materials available on this site, including, but not limited to, coaching advice, systems, designs, wording, colors and graphics, are proprietary trade secrets protected by copyrights, trademarks, service marks, intellectual property rights, patents or other proprietary rights and by other laws, and their use is limited by the terms of this agreement. 13. Those enrolling or participating in Hollywood Wingmen events must be of a legal age to enter bars, lounges, and clubs in the city in which the event is being held. No refunds or returns will be given because of a student's inability to gain admission to workshop venues.

They reflect the opinions and experiences of real users of Hollywood Wingmen's goods and services, and are submitted voluntarily by customers.
